2. Services Provided

Aspire Resume Studio provides professional resume writing, cover letter writing, and LinkedIn profile optimization services. We do not guarantee job placement, interview calls, or employment outcomes. Results vary based on individual qualifications and market conditions.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your education, experience, and skills.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the content provided to us.
• You agree not to misrepresent credentials or fabricate experience in your resume.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final resume before use.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are as listed on our website and may change without prior notice.
• All payments are non-transferable between clients or orders.
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other payment methods as communicated via WhatsApp.

5. Revisions Policy

• Silver Plan: 1 revision round within 7 days of delivery
• Gold Plan: 3 revision rounds within 7 days of delivery
• Platinum Plan: 5 revision rounds within 7 days of delivery

Revisions are limited to modifications of the original scope. New content, career changes, or entirely new positions may be treated as a new order.

6. Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver within 24–48 hours from the time we receive all required information. Timelines may vary during holidays or high-volume periods. Express delivery is available on request and subject to availability.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final resume content created for you. Aspire Resume Studio retains the right to use anonymized resume samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We do not share your personal details, resume content, or contact information with any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aspire Resume Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
