1. Our Satisfaction Commitment

At Aspire Resume Studio, we believe in the quality of our work. Every resume comes with multiple revision rounds depending on your plan. We encourage clients to use all revision rounds before requesting a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• You have used all included revision rounds and are still unsatisfied with the final output.
• The refund request is raised within 7 days of the final delivery date.
• You provide specific, documented reasons why the resume does not meet the agreed brief.
• No portion of the delivered resume has been used for job applications or submitted to any employer.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• You change your mind after work has begun
• You have already used the resume to apply for jobs
• The request is made after 7 days of final delivery
• Dissatisfaction is due to information you provided being inaccurate or incomplete
• You request a change in career direction or target role after delivery
• Stylistic preference changes that were not part of the original brief

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where work has been partially completed (e.g., resume written but cover letter not yet started), a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, proportional to the work not yet completed.

6. Refund Processing
